By accessing or using ChairFly Final Boss AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
ChairFly is a supplemental aviation training aid. It is not a flight simulator, not an FAA-approved training device, and not a substitute for instruction from a certificated flight instructor. Training records generated by ChairFly are not official FAA endorsements unless reviewed and signed by a CFI.
ChairFly is designed exclusively for ground-based training and rehearsal. It must never be used during actual flight operations. No information provided by ChairFly should be relied upon for in-flight decision-making.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
You agree to use ChairFly only for its intended purpose of aviation training. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse the AI training content.
ChairFly and its creators are not liable for any outcomes related to flight training, checkride results, or aviation incidents. The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
