We collect account information (name, email) when you sign up, training session data (scores, timestamps, scenario selections), and aggregated telemetry from the Computer Vision Coach (scan discipline scores, posture metrics). We do not collect or store video from your webcam.
All webcam processing occurs locally in your browser using MediaPipe. Only derived numerical telemetry (e.g., scan score percentages, head pose stability metrics) is transmitted to our servers. No images, video frames, or biometric data are uploaded unless you explicitly opt in to a future recording feature.
We use your data to provide training services, generate debriefs and training records, track your progress over time, and improve our AI coaching models. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Training session data is retained for the duration of your active subscription plus 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.
We use Stripe for payment processing, which has its own privacy policy. We use AI language models to generate training scenarios and feedback. No personally identifiable information is included in AI prompts.
